Over the three years to March 2025, Stevenage delivered 956 of the 1,219 homes it was required to: 78%. The government's published consequence: the council must add a 20% buffer to its land supply.
What is on the brownfield register
17 live sites covering 72 hectares, of which 10 have no planning permission yet.
